Confidence is what we offer for sale. Our clients expect accuracy and certainty of advice.  Our clients trust us with property matters; often with their freedom. This is a trust we will not forsake. We know that confidence lost is seldom regained.

Our mandate is problem-solving. To that end, we will  recommend solutions to avoid litigation and we will urge any honourable settlement.  We know negotiations must be from strength. Our adversaries know we are capable of, and not reluctant to push, the ultimate legal recourse – Court. Without that skill and enthusiasm (and indeed that reputation), we could not so well represent our clients, or so often avoid recourse to Court.

Our administrative assistants are second to none. If we are in the Land Registry Office or in a hearing and our client has a problem, it will not simply be shelved until we return. With such administrative staff, we can advance our client's interests as they would expect.

To act in a cost-effective manner means we treat our clients’ money as carefully as if it were our own. We will not adopt a $10 solution for a $2 cause. To that end, we will sometimes quote an hourly rate, sometimes a fixed fee. Each system has advantages to our clients, but our aim in each is to give our client's top value for their money.
